77leo Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• Platform: the website, apps, and other digital products operated under the 77leo brand, accessible at 77leo.net and its subdomains.
• User or Player: any individual who creates an account and uses 77leo's services.
• Account: each user's individual profile, identified by CPF, email, and password, through which the player accesses all platform services.
• Real Balance: amounts deposited by the user on the platform via Pix, bank slip, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED transfer.
• Bonus Balance: credits granted by 77leo through promotions, welcome bonuses, cashback, or other offers, subject to the specific terms and rollover requirements of each promotion.
• Rollover: the number of times the bonus balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): the identity verification process required by 77leo before releasing the first withdrawal, which includes submitting a government-issued photo ID and a selfie.
• Sports Betting: a betting format in which the user predicts the outcomes of sporting events, including football, MMA, basketball, volleyball, e-sports, and others.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on 77leo, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide an active email address and a valid mobile phone number;
• Not be under active self-exclusion on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of a 77leo employee.

2.2 One Account per User

Each individual may hold only one active account on 77leo. Duplicate accounts identified by the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or device will be closed without prior notice. In such cases, the bonus balance is automatically cancelled and the real money balance may be held for review for up to 30 calendar days before being returned.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration. 77leo may request additional verification at any time. False or incomplete information that compromises identity verification may result in account closure and balance retention for review, in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication code when enabled. 77leo strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other service. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify platform support immediately via live chat or at support@77leo.net.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before the first withdrawal is released, all users must complete the identity verification process by submitting the following through the platform:

• Government-issued photo ID: valid RG, CNH, or Passport;
• Selfie holding your ID next to your face;
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days (water, electricity, gas bill, or bank statement).

The review period is up to 24 business hours. During the verification process, deposits and bets can be placed as normal. Only withdrawals are suspended until KYC is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts with no activity (deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. 77leo reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee of R$ 5.00 per month on the balance of inactive accounts, starting from the 13th month of inactivity. The user will be notified by email 30 days before the charges begin.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

77leo accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all operated in BRL (R$):

Withdrawals at 77leo are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method whenever possible — the Pix key used for withdrawal must be registered under the same CPF as the account holder;
• Unredeemed bonus balance (with rollover not yet met) cannot be withdrawn — only real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any time;
• 77leo charges no fees on Pix withdrawals. Other methods may carry costs depending on the user's financial institution;
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification in accordance with Banco Central do Brasil requirements and anti-money laundering legislation.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only after the confirmation displayed on screen and the corresponding deduction from the user's balance. Bets pending confirmation due to a connection failure or technical instability will be considered void — the wagered amount is automatically returned to the account balance.

5.2 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is canceled, suspended, or postponed to a date different from when the bet was placed, 77leo will refund the full wagered amount. If the event is postponed to within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the bet may be kept at the platform's discretion, with prior notice to the user.

5.3 Live Betting

Odds on live bets change in real time as events unfold. 77leo may refuse or void live bets placed after the relevant outcome has already occurred (for example, a goal scored before the bet was confirmed). Cash out is available on selected bets, and the value offered reflects the odds at the time of the request.

5.4 Invalid Bets

77leo reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the full wagered amount is returned to the user's balance with no penalty applied.

5.5 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying bet details — event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming. Bets confirmed by the user cannot be cancelled or edited after confirmation, except in cases provided for in these Terms. 77leo is not liable for bets placed in error by the user.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The 77leo welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to R$ 300.00. To be eligible, the user must be a new registrant with a minimum first deposit of R$ 30.00 via any payment method accepted by the platform. The bonus is credited automatically — no code required.

Welcome bonus terms:

• 5x rollover — the bonus balance must be wagered 5 times before withdrawal;
• Bets eligible for rollover: pre-game and live Sports Betting with odds of 1.60 or higher per selection;
• Rollover deadline: 30 calendar days from the bonus activation date;
• Cancelled bets, draws, or refunds do not count toward rollover;
• Cannot be combined with other first-deposit bonuses.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

77leo's weekly cashback is calculated on the net negative balance from the previous week (Monday to Sunday) for bets placed with real-money funds. The percentage varies based on your loyalty program tier (5% to 15%). The credit is applied automatically every Monday with no rollover — the amount can be withdrawn immediately via Pix.

6.3 Other Promotions

Freebets, reload bonuses, free spins, and other recurring promotions have specific terms displayed at the time of activation. General rules applicable to all 77leo promotions:

• Only one bonus with a rollover requirement may be active per account at a time;
• 77leo reserves the right to cancel promotions with 48 hours' notice for active promotions;
• Promotions are intended for personal use only — any attempt at coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and possible closure of all accounts involved;

7. Poker and Casino

7.1 Poker

77leo's poker tables and tournaments run on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited. Rake at cash game tables is automatically deducted from each winning pot, as shown in the fee schedule displayed in the lobby. For tournaments, the entry cost includes the buy-in and service fee listed in the event description.

7.2 Live Casino & Slots

Live Casino games are provided by certified third-party providers. 77leo does not interfere in Live Casino game outcomes — results are determined solely by the provider's equipment and systems. Slots operate with a certified RTP (return to player), displayed in each game's description. RTP indicates the theoretical long-term return percentage and does not guarantee results in individual sessions.

7.3 Crash Games

The crash games available on 77leo use provably fair algorithms that users can independently verify. Each round's multiplier is determined before the round begins and cannot be altered once it starts. 77leo has no access to or influence over the generated multipliers.

8. Conduct and Misuse

8.1 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the 77leo platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse);
• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play at poker tables;
• Collusion between players at poker tables or other competitive games;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for illegal purposes;
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts to cover all possible outcomes (abusive arbitrage);
• Any attempt to manipulate odds or intentionally exploit bugs or technical errors.

8.2 Consequences

If any prohibited practice is identified, 77leo may, at its discretion: cancel related bets and bonuses, temporarily or permanently close the account, hold the balance for review, and report to the relevant authorities where applicable. Decisions related to misconduct are reviewed individually by the platform's security team.

9. Privacy & LGPD Compliance

The processing of personal data for 77leo users is governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration, platform use, and the KYC process is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention;
• Delivery of services contracted by the user;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Communications about platform promotions and updates, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

10. Responsible Gambling

77leo believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional distress. That's why we provide the following tools directly in each user's account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require 7 days to take effect;
• Bet limit: set a maximum stake per bet or per day of betting;
• Break duration: suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without needing to provide a reason;
• Temporary self-exclusion: blocks account access for periods of 3, 6, or 12 months;
• Permanent closure: request permanent account closure with the return of any available real money balance.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the User

Users may request account closure at any time through the platform dashboard or by emailing support@77leo.net. Any available real balance (with no pending rollover) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after the closure process and final verification are complete.

11.2 Termination by 77leo

77leo reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Use of unauthorized software at poker tables or casino games;
• Determination by regulatory authorities or court order.

In cases of closure due to confirmed misconduct, the bonus balance is cancelled and the real money balance may be held for up to 180 days for review in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

12. Changes to the Terms

77leo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Minor or purely editorial changes may be implemented without prior notice. The version in effect is always the one available on this page, identified by the last updated date at the top of the document.

Continued use of the platform after a new version of the Terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes made. If you do not agree with an update, you must close your account as described in Section 11 before the new terms come into effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 77leo platform will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through platform support. Cases unresolved within 30 days will be brought before the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

77leo operates in compliance with Brazilian sports betting and online gaming regulations, including Law No. 14.790/2023 and the rules set by the Ministério da Fazenda and the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA).
